Terms of Service

Effective: 5 June 2026

By signing up for Leo at useleo.ai, you ("you") agree to these terms with Beech PPC ("we", "us", "Leo"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Leo does

Leo is a software service that connects to your Google Ads account, scans your search term reports, identifies likely wasted spend, and lets you add negative keywords with your approval.

We do not manage your Google Ads account for you. You remain in control of every change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to connect the Google Ads account you link. If you connect a Google Ads account belonging to someone else (client, employer), you confirm you have permission to do so.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • Leo is offered on a monthly subscription at AUD $39 per month (subject to change with notice).
  • Billing is handled by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method monthly until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't refund partial months.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to cancel accounts with payment defaults.

5. What you can do

You can use Leo to:

  • Connect Google Ads accounts you own or have explicit permission to manage
  • Run scans
  • Add negative keywords to your campaigns via Leo's one-click interface

6. What you can't do

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use Leo to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
  • Use Leo in violation of Google's Terms of Service or any applicable law
  • Resell Leo's outputs as a managed service without our written agreement
  • Use automated tools (other than Leo itself) to interact with the service in a way that affects performance for other users

7. Your data, your account

  • Your Google Ads account is yours. You retain all ownership.
  • Search term data, campaign data, and any other content we read from your Google Ads account remains your property.
  • We process this data only to provide Leo's service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • You're responsible for reviewing each suggested change before approving it. We don't make changes to your account without your action.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

Leo is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that:

  • Scan results will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
  • Adding suggested negative keywords will improve your campaign performance
  • The service will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions

You're solely responsible for the decisions you make about your Google Ads account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Leo is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We're not liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or goodwill
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Decisions you made based on Leo's outputs

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right (including connecting a Google Ads account without authorisation)

12. Termination

  • You can terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
  • We can terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.
  • Upon termination, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify active users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

15. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of Leo.
